Lyndsey Ratcliffe

Lyndsey has devoted recent years to developing our corporate counsel consultancy service, canvassing the views of over a thousand GCs and corporate legal executives. 

She works closely with corporate counsel, striving to understand:

• the evolving role of General Counsel
• how legal teams interface with the business 
• what they need from their suppliers. 

Lyndsey avidly monitors the changing legal landscape and has spent considerable time with clients, alternative providers, new law firms and legal commentators to anticipate the direction and trends in the sector. 

An experienced litigator with broad experience of managing commercial disputes through national and international courts, as well as through arbitration, adjudication and mediation. As a keen supporter of legal transformation, Lyndsey drives asb law’s broader mission to challenge the status quo and revolutionise the delivery of legal services.

She applies the data and insights gained from her many conversations with clients and other legal innovators to create and implement a range of solutions designed to meet the needs of in-house legal teams. Lyndsey also advises GCs around re-engineering and streamlining their processes to reduce cost and mitigate risk.
